Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist Wanted - Substance Abuse Treatment Center

We are a reputable substance abuse treatment center dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals on their journey to recovery. Our team of licensed therapists plays a crucial role in helping clients overcome addiction and build fulfilling lives free from substance abuse.

Job Type:
Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' needs.

Job Setting:
Our substance abuse treatment center provides a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals seeking recovery. You will primarily work in our facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to addiction treatment.

What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health, and treatment needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
Collaborate with other treatment team members, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated care for clients.
Provide education and support to clients' families to promote understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

How to Qualify:
Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients in their recovery journey.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the treatment team.
