We are currently seeking full or part time Mental Health Therapists - LMFT LMHC or LCSW in Schenectady, NY area.

Our outpatient psychiatry office is looking for therapists to join us. You'll help diverse clients with mental health challenges like trauma, anxiety, and depression, providing evidence-based therapies and comprehensive care. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will guide clients on their journey towards improved mental health.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Through your empathetic approach, clients will find strength, resilience, and renewed hope.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide holistic and comprehensive care, leveraging each other's expertise for the benefit of our clients.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided. Your commitment to ongoing learning will ensure you stay at the forefront of industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to academic excellence.
  • Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state, demonstrating your professional competence and dedication.
  • Apply your expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor treatment plans to the unique needs of each individual, delivering personalized and effective care.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $90,000-100,000 a year for Full Time and $50,000-$55,000 a year for Part Time
