Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)

The most suitable applicant for this role will have previous experience managing cases with a variety of acute mental health disorders. Furthermore, the candidate should be willing to listen and collaborate closely with customers in order to understand their needs and find the best method to assist them in achieving their goals.

Schedule: Full Time

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions and group therapy.
• Provide services in accordance to organization’s policies and procedures and established Mental Health and Substance Abuse Standards as well as within the scope of practice of the therapist.
• Evaluate the individual and family systems as well as assess clients functioning within work, family, and routines of daily living and identify areas needing continued support, resources, and treatment in order to assist clients.
• Initially performs a comprehensive assessment of the patient and caregiver needs and formulates appropriate plan of care.
• Continually evaluates patient's needs and modifies care plans appropriately in collaboration with patient and caregiver.
• Develops a plan of care determined by the assessment process with goals established for the appropriate outcomes in collaboration with the physician.
• Implements a plan of care in collaboration with patient and caregiver.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families as needed.
• Establishes specific goals and regularly evaluates progress toward these goals.
• Demonstrates ability to identify and is sensitive to the comprehensive needs of patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function assigned satisfactorily. • Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Social Work License Required per State Regulations.(LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)
