Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals at an outpatient level, diagnosed with a mental health disorder. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and group sessions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to our clients.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Provides emotional support, care coordination services, connections to important resources, assistance in navigating medical, behavioral health and education systems, and communicates with medical and other support teams for pediatric patients and families or within the scope of the social worker's practice, may provide counseling to children and families for whom counseling is indicated or during crisis.
  • Collaborates with the clinical committee to develop office screening and treatment protocols for children with mental health conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

What We Need:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a related field.
  • Active and Valid licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive practices.
