Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish a connection of trust and support with patients
  • Listen to client’s goals and assess client needs
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
  • Consistently meet with clients for therapy, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when appropriate
  • Contribute to the practice by accomplishing other related tasks as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or related field
  • Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Social Worker (LICSW)
  • 2-3 Years experience providing mental health and/or integration counseling services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and community at large
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
