Fully Remote Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Wanted

St. Mary Mental Health Clinic provides high-quality counseling support to teens, adults, and couples. We are looking for therapists to join our team who are empathetic, positive, and love the work they do. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' assessment results and in consultation with clients themselves.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect clients' progress and changing needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories.
• Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling).
• One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.
• Must have two years of professional experience.

Salary:

$110,000 - $130,000 a year.
