Join MillWood Counseling Center as a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist!
MillWood Counseling Center is on a mission to provide accessible mental healthcare for young individuals. We are looking for North Dakota-licensed mental health therapists to join our innovative and supportive team.
Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to youth and young adults.
- Participate in regular consultations, peer huddles, and professional development activities.
- Document clinical notes promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with clients’ healthcare providers and family members when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current North Dakota License (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy.
- Independent worker with a collaborative mindset.
- Clinical experience with youth and their families.
- Knowledge of local mental health resources and regulations.
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies preferred.
