Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunity at MillWood Counseling Center!

We are seeking dedicated North Dakota-licensed mental health therapists to join our passionate team at MillWood Counseling Center. Our goal is to enhance access to quality mental healthcare for young individuals while leveraging technology to support our clinical staff.

Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective psychotherapy to children and young adults using evidence-based practices like CBT.
• Engage in weekly consultations and team collaboration sessions.
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation.
• Communicate with clients’ healthcare providers and family members as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, etc.).
• Valid North Dakota LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
• At least 3 years of experience in psychotherapy.
• Ability to work independently with a strong collaborative spirit.
• Experience working with youth and their families.
• Familiarity with local mental health regulations and resources.
• Training in evidence-based treatments preferred.
