Exciting Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Position at MillWood Counseling Center!
MillWood Counseling Center is looking for skilled North Dakota-licensed mental health therapists to help us deliver effective and compassionate care. Join our innovative team focused on providing accessible mental healthcare for young people.
Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to children (8-17) and young adults (18+) using evidence-based practices.
- Participate in team consultations and professional development activities.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active North Dakota License (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
- At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with young people and families preferred.
- Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources.
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
