Immediate Opening for a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist at MillWood Counseling Center!

MillWood Counseling Center is seeking dedicated North Dakota-licensed mental health therapists to join our mission-driven team. We aim to enhance the quality of mental healthcare for young individuals through innovative practices and a collaborative approach.

Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to youth and young adults using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Document clinical progress and treatment plans promptly.
• Work closely with families and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid North Dakota License (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with young people and families preferred.
• Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
