Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy using a variety of tailored approaches to foster personal growth and well-being.
  • Set therapeutic goals and track client progress.
  • Offer teletherapy sessions for increased accessibility.
  • Ensure accurate and ethical documentation of client sessions.
  • Stay current with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid state licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client care.

Compensation:
