• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to enhance their mental health.
• Encourage clients to discuss their emotions and experiences to help them gain insight into themselves and their relationships.
• Serve as a client advocate and aid them in defining their goals.
• Assess clients' mental conditions and create and execute treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Education: You should have a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure: You must possess one of the following independent licenses:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    
• No limited or provisional license and no disciplinary actions should be in your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate personality.
• Proficient computer literacy skills.
