Fully Licensed LCSWs (Licensed Clinical Social Workers) Needed for Fully Remote Mental Health Clinic

Our outpatient mental health clinic is fully remote, and staffed by experienced mental health professionals nationwide. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care to the communities in need regardless of where they live while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our employees to thrive.

You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative treatment approaches to address their mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering psychotherapy services to individuals with various mental health concerns. Your specific duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-focused interventions.
  • Administering a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the mental health field and incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • The capability to work effectively in a team environment.
