- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.
- Develop service plans that encompass goals, interventions, and progress monitoring.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families experiencing various life challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized service plans and connect them with community resources.
- Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
- Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate for clients.
- Engage in community outreach activities to raise awareness and promote agency services.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and staff training.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience in a social service agency or similar setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication, cultural competence, and problem-solving skills.
$60,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
