Work Schedule:
Full-time/Part-time position with flexible scheduling options
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify strengths and challenges.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy, tailoring interventions to clients' unique needs and cultural backgrounds.
Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or family systems therapy.
Develop treatment plans that encompass goals, interventions, and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning.
Advocate for clients' rights, connect them with community resources and provide case management support.
Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to raise mental health awareness.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Experience in a community mental health or similar setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
$70,000-$100,000 per year + bonus
