Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, background, and treatment goals.

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, using evidence-based interventions and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or narrative therapy.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to clients' needs.

Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Continuously engage in professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices.

Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, promoting trust, collaboration, and growth.

Offer support, guidance, and practical strategies to help clients navigate life challenges.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Active state licensure in the state as LCSW

Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in private practice

Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation

Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
Salary:

$80,000-100,000 per year + benefits
