Work Schedule:

Full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, background, and treatment goals.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, using evidence-based interventions and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or narrative therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Continuously engage in professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, promoting trust, collaboration, and growth.
  • Offer support, guidance, and practical strategies to help clients navigate life challenges.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in private practice.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$80,000-104,000 per year + bonus
