Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and interventions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
