Schedule:

Full-time 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling options

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
  • Conduct client interviews to collect and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
  • Assess and address issues within the scope of practice.
  • Plan and coordinate programs and activities tailored to meet clients' social and emotional needs.
  • Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.
  • Cultivate and maintain a relationship founded on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.
  • Assess the effectiveness of provided treatment services.
  • Identify suitable resources and assessment tools when necessary.
  • Thoroughly document findings in client records following established protocols.
  • Maintain an appropriate caseload and ensure that case documentation remains current and accurately reflects services provided.
  • Provide individual clinical counseling.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in state of position.
  • 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
  • Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc.

Pay

Competitive $85,000 - $104,000 per year
