Work Schedule:

Full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' availability.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct thorough evaluations to comprehend clients' presenting difficulties, background, and therapy objectives.

-Offer individual, couple, and family therapy based on evidence-based techniques and modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based methods, and story therapy.

-Create and implement tailored treatment programs, customizing treatments to the requirements of clients.

-Work with clients to create individualized treatment programs and track success.

-Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and legal rules.

-Continuously pursue professional development and keep abreast of best practices.

-Create a therapeutic bond with clients by encouraging trust, cooperation, and progress.

-Provide clients with support, direction, and practical techniques to assist them overcome life's obstacles.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in private practice.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$80,000-100,000 per year + bonus
