Salary:

$80,000 - $104,000 + Bonus

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and medications.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, incorporating patient goals and preferences.
  • Assist patients in navigating the complex mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings.
