Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to gather information about clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and accessible resources.

- Use evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy.

- Use evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

- Create and carry out individualized treatment programs that include goals and interventions.

- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other experts to ensure that care is coordinated.

- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment programs.

- As needed, provide crisis response, analyze hazards, and design safety measures.

- Keep accurate and timely records in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

- Lead group therapy, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups.

Requirements:

  • Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
