Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed at Private Practice.

Work Schedule:

Full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' availability.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations to acquire insight into clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment goals.

- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based methods and approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and story therapy.

- Develop and carry out individualized treatment programs, adjusting treatments to meet the specific requirements of clients.

- Collaborate with clients to develop specific treatment plans and regularly evaluate progress.

- Maintain confidentiality while adhering to ethical norms and legal requirements.

- Consistently participate in professional development to stay up to date on best practices.

- Develop a therapeutic collaboration with clients, encouraging trust, cooperation, and personal development.

- Offer customers support, guidance, and practical answers to help them navigate life's obstacles.

Requirements:

  • Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in private practice.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$80,000-100,000 per year + bonus
