Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed at Mental Counseling and Life Skills Clinic.

Our counselors are skilled at providing individualized treatment by applying well-established approaches such as CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy).

Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct extensive mental health exams that include psychosocial assessments, diagnostic talks, and risk assessments.
-Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and cultural subtleties.
-Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief treatment (SFBT) to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
-Extend crisis intervention assistance and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless treatment to individuals in severe distress.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
-Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their disorders effectively.
-To organize complete patient care, work with a broad team of experts, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.
-Conduct frequent evaluations of treatment results to determine efficacy and make necessary changes to treatment techniques.
-Maintain current knowledge of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of mental health, and integrate this information into clinical practice.
-Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work required.
- Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits:
- The annual base salary range is $80k to $100k
- Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things
