Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed at Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling
  • Some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

-Develop impartial psychosocial assessments for patients using education, training, and experience.

-Collaborate with patients to develop treatment strategies that are specific to their requirements.

-Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapies such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, motivational interviewing, and other appropriate treatments.

-Collaborate with other physicians, Walmart Health & Wellness psychologists, primary care practitioners, and other service providers to promote a complete and integrated approach to healthcare.

-Methodically monitor therapy reactions and assess patient progress toward treatment goals, whether in person or remotely.

-Assist medical practitioners in the management of psychotropic drugs, with an emphasis on treatment adherence, side effects, and treatment efficacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health in the State or territory of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist.

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
