Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• Some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise, education, and practical experience to develop psychosocial diagnoses for patients on your own.

- Work closely with patients to develop treatment strategies that are tailored to their specific requirements.

- Use behavioral therapies that are outcome-focused and evidence-based, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, and other relevant treatments.

- Collaborate with other doctors, psychologists within Walmart Health & Wellness, primary care physicians, and other service providers to promote a complete and integrated approach to care.

- Methodically monitor therapy reactions and evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals and objectives, whether in person or remotely.

- Assist in the administration of psychotropic medications in line with medical providers' prescriptions, with an emphasis on treatment adherence, side effects, and treatment efficacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health in the State or territory of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist.

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
