Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed at Countryside Psychiatry, Inc.

Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health exams that include psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment programs that suit their unique requirements, goals, and cultural factors.
- In individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings, provide evidence-based therapeutic strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
- Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare experts to ensure that patients in acute distress receive seamless care continuity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to manage their mental health issues successfully.
- To organize complete patient care, work with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.
- Conduct routine outcome evaluations to determine therapy efficacy and make necessary adjustments to treatment programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of the newest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, and use this information in clinical practice.
- Always follow ethical rules and keep patient information secret.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work required.
- Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits:
- The annual base salary range is $80k to $100k
- Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things
