Feelings Forward Counseling Center is a cloud-based practice management platform that equips a network of therapists with the tools and infrastructure they need to deliver therapy. Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexible schedule.
• 08:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

As a therapist on our company, we want you to focus on clients and clinical work including:

-Complete assessments of client’s mental health needs and provide telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and groups

-Documenting client services in EHR and practice management system.

Qualifications:

-Master's degree from an accredited school

-Current license to practice as an LCSW or equivalent

-Demonstrates excellent clinical skills

-Familiarity and comfort with the DSM V diagnostic criteria

-Evidence of mature judgment and crisis intervention skills

-Ability to effectively present information both orally and written

-Ability to work both autonomously as a self-starter, and collaboratively as a team member

-Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date to enable efficient client session scheduling

-Ability to effectively and efficiently complete progress notes after client sessions

-Experience providing telehealth services, evidence-based treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EFT, etc), and using Google G-suite and TheraNest systems a plus

Salary and Benefits:

• The annual base salary range is $90k to $105k
• Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things
