Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to learn about clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and accessible resources.

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment methods.

- Use evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

- Create and carry out tailored treatment programs that include specified goals and focused treatments.

- Encourage collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other providers to achieve coordinated, seamless care.

- Work together with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment programs.

- As required, offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and design safety strategies.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal norms.

- Lead group therapy, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups.

Requirements:

  • Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Salary:

$90,000-$105,000 per year plus bonus
