Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed

We specialize in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services to assist patients in regaining mobility, improving functional abilities, and achieving their highest level of independence. Our team of rehabilitation professionals collaborates to deliver individualized, goal-oriented care.

We provide a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments through interviews, observations, and review of medical records to evaluate patients' emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting their recovery.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families, addressing adjustment issues and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop individualized treatment plans, considering patients' psychosocial needs.
• Assist patients in accessing community resources, such as support groups, vocational rehabilitation, or housing assistance.

Requirements:

• Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in a rehabilitation or medical setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of adjustment issues, grief, and coping mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$70,000-100,000 plus bonus
