Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position Available

Our outpatient mental health clinic is dedicated to providing accessible and quality mental health services to individuals of all ages. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth.

We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinic offers evidence-based therapies and personalized care to support our clients' well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of threeyears of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year!
