Work Schedule:

We provide a full-time or part-time work with flexible schedule choices, including nights and weekends, to guarantee that we can fulfill our clients' availability.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations to get a thorough grasp of clients' presenting concerns, histories, and treatment goals.

- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy while employing evidence-based therapies and therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and story therapy.

- Develop and carry out tailored treatment programs, customizing treatments to each client's specific requirements.

- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment programs and track success.

- Maintain stringent confidentiality standards, as well as follow ethical norms and legal duties.

- Participate in continuing professional development to remain up to date on best practices in the sector.

- Develop a therapeutic partnership with clients, encouraging trust, cooperation, and personal development.

- Offer customers support, direction, and practical techniques to help them navigate life's obstacles.

Requirements:

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an authorized school is required.

- Be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid state license.

- Have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a premium for private practice experience.

- Exhibit good clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention execution.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$90,000-105,000 per year + bonus
