Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position Available in our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including availability for some evening and weekend hours to meet our clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to get an understanding of clients' mental health difficulties, strengths, and accessible resources.
- Use evidence-based treatment techniques to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Use evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
- Create and carry out individualized treatment plans that outline particular goals and actions.
- Encourage collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare practitioners in order to deliver seamless and coordinated care.
- Work with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
- As needed, provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety plans.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate paperwork in accordance with ethical and legal norms.
- Lead group therapy, psychoeducation programs, and support groups.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an authorized school is required.
- Be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid state license.
- Have at least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient environment.
- Demonstrate a thorough awareness of evidence-based therapy techniques and treatment approaches.
- Exhibit great interpersonal, communication, and evaluation abilities.
Salary:
$90,000-$105,000 per year plus bonus
