Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) with Full Licensure Required for Fully Remote Mental Health Clinic.

Our outpatient remote mental health clinic is staffed by skilled mental health specialists from throughout the country. Our purpose is to provide high-quality care to communities in need, regardless of location, while creating a supportive and enabling environment for our staff to thrive.

In this position, you will have the chance to work with a wide range of patients and families. To address their mental health needs, you will use evidence-based techniques and novel treatment approaches.

Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of providing psychotherapy treatments to people suffering from a variety of mental illnesses. Your precise responsibilities will include:

-Conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations and formulating treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused approaches.

-Providing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to clients' needs and preferences.

-Keeping accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable requirements and standards.

-Collaboration with other treatment team members, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to provide coordinated and successful patient care.

-Regular case consultations and peer review meetings are held to improve the quality of care provided.

-Educating and supporting patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

-Keeping current on the newest research and discoveries in the field of mental health, and implementing this information into your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications:

-A Master of Social Work degree from an authorized university.

-A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

-A minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in the provision of psychotherapy services.

-Proficiency in intervention and procedures for solution-focused psychotherapy.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are required.

-The ability to function efficiently in a team setting.
