Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive mental health exams that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment programs that reflect their specific needs, goals, and cultural sensitivity.

- Administer evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

- Extend crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare experts to provide patients in acute distress with seamless treatment.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in line with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

- Deliver psychoeducational information to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their mental health issues successfully.

- To provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate closely with a broad healthcare team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.

- Conduct routine outcome evaluations to measure therapy efficacy and make necessary changes to care plans.

- Maintain current knowledge of the most recent research results, best practices, and new breakthroughs in mental health, and use this information in clinical practice.

- Maintain ethical standards and the confidentiality of patient information on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

- Having of a Master's degree in Social Work is required.

- A current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

- The capability to operate individually and constructively within a multidisciplinary team is required.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the building of relationships with patients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Salary and Benefits:

- The yearly starting pay is between $90,000 and $105,000.

- The actual remuneration package for the chosen applicant may differ from the stated recruiting range due to criteria such as geographic location, job experience, education, skill level, and other relevant considerations.
