Stream Mindful Medication, Inc. is looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• Some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

- Use knowledge, training, and experience to develop psychosocial diagnoses for patients on their own.

- Work with patients to build treatment regimens that are personalized to their specific requirements and preferences.

- Use evidence-based strategies such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, and other appropriate ways to implement behavioral treatments.

- Encourage collaboration with coworkers, psychologists at Walmart Health & Wellness, primary care providers, and other service providers to provide a complete and integrated approach to patient treatment.

- Methodically document therapy progress and undertake regular patient monitoring, whether in person or by virtual means, to assess patients' progress toward treatment goals and objectives.

- Assist in the administration of psychiatric drugs as recommended by medical practitioners, with an emphasis on treatment adherence, side effects, and efficacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an authorized school is required.

- Current, valid, and unencumbered licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for independent mental health practice in the particular State or territory.

- At least one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist.

Salary:

$90,000-$105,000 per year plus bonus
