Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed

Our company is a North American virtual therapy company on a mission to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary mental health outcomes by using the power of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

With the goal of providing extraordinary mental health therapy and supporting individual preparation and integration services for those who chose to experience psychedelics. Our company is partnering with practices, clinicians, and other related health services to provide a seamless, technology enabled non-ordinary healing process.

Schedule:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • 08:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

-Provides counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to clients as appropriate; Prepares treatment plans, and discharge plans

-Collects data about patients through interview, case history, and/or observational techniques

-Evaluates data to identify causes of problems and to determine proper therapeutic approach or referral to other specialists

-Submits client documentation within 24hrs of providing service

-Attends and completes all mandatory trainings

Qualifications:

- LCSW designation or equivalent directly related field

- Master’s and Doctors of Social Work.

- Ability to be credentialed on insurance panels

- Malpractice insurance

- Ability to work at least 10 (53 minute) sessions a week (caseload)

- Strong understanding of digital EHR platforms.

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- Ability to apply mental health counseling methods and techniques.

- Knowledge and understanding of clinical counseling principles, programs, and methodology.

- Knowledge and understanding of clinical social work and mental health counseling principles, methods, procedures, and standards.

- Knowledge of legal and ethical issues related to patients' rights.

- A strong belief in a holistic approach to mental health that may include using non-traditional practices to support each client; including the use or support of Non-Ordinary states of consciousness (psychedelics, dreamwork, meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, and others)

- A strong technological ability regarding telehealth.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The annual base salary range is $90k to $105k
  • Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things
