Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed

Are you an experienced and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker seeking a rewarding role where you can directly improve the lives of seniors? Our community center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate is fully licensed with the state board and will provide essential support and guidance to seniors and their families, ensuring their well-being and promoting a high quality of life.

As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in evaluating the psychosocial needs of our clients and coordinating services to enhance their overall well-being.

Job Setting:

Outpatient mental health clinic, fully equipped with the latest technology and staffed by experienced mental health professionals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts evaluations and assessments
  • Participates in IFSP development and implementation
  • Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
  • Provides support to families for the benefit of the child
  • Comply with all Federal and State regulations
  • Administer evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a healthy learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for assigned populations, risk assessment, and crisis management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrates competency in age-related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience as a clinician is preferred.
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW in the state is required.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
