We are hiring a Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and a deep understanding of the complex social factors that impact individuals' well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family counseling sessions, using evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT, DBT).
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals (e.g. psychiatrists, nurses, primary care physicians) to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and make appropriate referrals for clients in need of additional support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Licensure in Social Work in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapies and ability to implement them effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
