Wanted Full-time and Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Our outpatient clinic is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join our team and provide mental health services to our patients. The licensed clinical social worker will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care.

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 yearly

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients with a variety of mental health conditions
• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the field of mental health and apply new research and techniques to clinical practice

Job Requirements

• A Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
• A current and valid license to practice clinical social work in the state
• Experience providing psychotherapy to patients with a variety of mental health conditions
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and other common healthcare technologies
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
