FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW) POSITION AVAILABLE
Our company is a forward-thinking mental health organization dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality mental health services through remote therapy. We believe in the power of teletherapy to reach individuals where they are most comfortable. We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team and support clients in their mental health journey.
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about making a positive impact on clients' lives through remote therapy services. As a key member of our team, you will provide therapeutic support to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups using our telehealth platform.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
- Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources, social services, and support systems that enhance their overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
- Educate clients about coping skills, effective communication, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their mental health.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state where you practice.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Atleast minimum of three years related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in telehealth technology and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for remote interactions.
- Dedication to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote teletherapy environment.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client appointments across various time zones.
