Hiring Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a clinical social worker, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of threeyears of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year!
