Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, social determinants, and treatment goals.
• Provide one-on-one counseling to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health and psychosocial issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to address common mental health concerns, support networks, and psychoeducation.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and coordinating emergency resources.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to services, while assisting them in navigating healthcare and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services.
