“NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED” Full-time/Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed at Wise Mental Health Center in Plano, TX

The LCSW will be responsible for providing psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients with mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients improve their mental health.


Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Full-time schedule)

Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for providing psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients with mental health conditions
  • The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients improve their mental health
  • Provide psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients with mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally competent, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Experience using electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software to manage patient records and coordinate care.

Salary:

$100,000 to $104,000 per year
