Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed Full-time/Part-time

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychotherapy and other mental health services for clients with a variety of concerns and backgrounds.
  • Assess and diagnose clients using a variety of psychological tests and assessments.
  • Develop treatment plans and goals for clients, focusing on their unique needs and concerns.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including suicide assessments and hospitalizations.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and services provided.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work and current LCSW license
  • At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, and families
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and navigate complex issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
