Full-time/Part-time/W2 Wanted Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A licensed clinical social worker is responsible for providing mental health services, including counseling, therapy, and case management, to individuals, families, and groups. This may include working with clients who have mental health and substance abuse issues, as well as those who are dealing with life transitions, such as relationship issues, divorce, and grief.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients in high-stress situations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and services provided
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of mental health

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
  • A current and valid state license to practice clinical social work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
