This pivotal role entails direct clinical engagement both in-office and within the community, focusing on clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

- Conduct evidence-based screenings and detailed assessments as required.
- Design and execute integrated care plans, facilitating information exchange among stakeholders.
- Deliver a spectrum of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including crisis interventions.
- Maintain comprehensive client records, ensuring timely reporting and data submission.
- Participate in quality improvement committees and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within assigned populations, including risk assessment and crisis management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven organizational and planning proficiencies.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- State licensure as LCSW.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
