Work Schedule:
Full-time and part time position with flexible scheduling Includes some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' needs
Responsibilities:
- Utilize education, training, and experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses for patients.
- Collaborate with patients to develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Apply behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques such as solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, and other appropriate methods.
- Coordinate with fellow clinicians, psychologists, primary care providers, and other service providers to foster a holistic and integrated approach to care.
- Systematically track treatment responses and monitor patient progress toward treatment goals, whether in person or virtually
- Support psychotropic medication management as prescribed, with a focus on treatment adherence monitoring, side effects, and treatment effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist.
Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus
