Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($100,000 to $120,000 per year)

Employment Status: Immediate Start

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic and growing team of mental health professionals. This position will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on promoting mental health and wellness within our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, emerging research, and trends in the mental health field.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
  • Knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and client needs.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
