Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position Available

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($100,000 to $120,000 per year)

Employment Status: Immediate Start

We are now looking for a committed and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding and vibrant mental health team. The chosen applicant will be in charge of offering our community's individuals, families, and groups comprehensive mental health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and trends in the mental health field.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience providing mental health services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
  • Knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and client needs.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
